Reading the last sentence, I imagined Ornella on a short break during one of her long writing sessions, standing in the kitchen on one leg while the other is folded to the first's knee, scooping ice cream out of a middle-sized bucket squeezed to her chest, when she thought of this sentence. She then rushed back to her desk with the spoon in her mouth, typed her sentence down, feeling so proud of it (as she should), and then wrote the rest of the text, maybe on another day.
Might not necessarily be true, but that is how visual your writing feels, I don't see words, I see you writing, and if this isn't autofiction, I don't know what is!
I ACTUALLY DO THIS! I lean on the countertop facing the window, standing on one leg while the other rests on the cupboard's door and I eat a pickle (I only ate ice cream out of the bucket once although I would do it everyday if it weren't for the sugar overload). Thank you for seeing me, and not just the writing. ❤️❤️
Za zoooo! Long tiiime 🫠
"They are all buried in me and all I do is excavate." 😍 Such a perfect ending, love it!
I know, right??!! 😍
Thank youu ❤️

Would love to know what your writing playlist is. And I see it as we are writers in all our lives if we are writers. Loved this week's piece.
Thank you ma chère Bèa! Oddly enough, the playlist is Naïka's album Eclesia :D
Ooooooooo! J'ai écouté en boucle. Merci.
